Hello! My name is Joe Rumer and I founded Rumer Insurance Services back in 1999 after working in the financial services industry for the previous 4 years.
My insurance career started with Prudential Insurance Company as an agent selling life insurance. Soon after, I realized I wanted to protect all of my clients assets, not just their lives. Having only one company to write business with felt limiting, so I decided to become an independent insurance agent. I don’t work for any one insurance company, I work for you, my clients.
I have a passion for helping my clients protect what matters most to them. Most importantly I have partnered with many insurance companies available to me so that I know you are getting the best combination of coverage and pricing. I don’t do “Apples to Apples” quotes, so if that’s what you’re looking for, I may not be the agent for you. I will though, provide you with a thorough review of your insurance portfolio and make recommendations based on my findings.
